Senator John Kennedy slammed Democrats and AOC on the Senate floor Friday afternoon as the government shutdown continues. On Friday, Senate Democrats blocked a House-passed bill to fund the government through Nov. 21. The measure got 54 votes this time, six short of clearing the 60-vote legislative filibuster.
