KINGWOOD, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Class AAAA No. 8 Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles picked up a road victory Friday night, outlasting the No. 16 Preston Knights in a high-scoring affair, 45-34.

The Flying Eagles’ offense found its rhythm early and kept the pressure on throughout, while the Knights managed to keep pace for much of the game before ultimately falling short. Both teams traded big plays, but Woodrow Wilson’s consistency on both sides of the ball proved to be the difference.

With the win, Woodrow Wilson improves to 3-2 on the season and will return home to face the Riverside Warriors in their next matchup. Preston drops to 1-5 and will look to regroup moving forward.
