A Minneapolis ice cream shop has made an unusual offer as it seeks to make the most of its space when demand drops during Minnesota's cold season.
As many ice cream shops do, MN Nice Cream shortens its store hours during the fall and winter months, but in doing so has realized it has a lot of extra room in a store that sits empty for hours at a time.
The popular soft-serve purveyor is now trying to make use of it in a creative way.
The company put a call out on Facebook, asking if any pop-up shops or small businesses would be interested in using the space during the hours the ice cream shop is closed.
