ATLANTA — Actor and singer Tyrese Gibson turned himself in on an animal cruelty charge after four of his Cane Corso dogs allegedly killed a neighbor’s dog and terrorized a Buckhead neighborhood for months.

Gibson was booked at the Fulton County Jail on Friday and released on a $20,000 bond. Tyrese Gibson is out of jail after posting bond. The actor and singer was charged after police say his dogs killed another dog.

The case stems from an incident on Sept. 18, when the dogs allegedly attacked and killed a 5-year-old King Charles Spaniel named Henry.

The small dog’s owner, Harrison Parker, said Henry had been let out into a designated area on their property along Woodhaven Road when the attack happened.
