TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A Tucson man was seriously injured in a brazen knife attack on a Greyhound bus in New Mexico on Monday, Sept. 29.
Jorge Quintanilla was riding the bus from Alamagordo, New Mexico, to the Old Pueblo when he was attacked.
The New Mexico Department of Public Safety confirmed 29-year-old Ryan Kenny was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Jorge and his sister Adriana Velasquez talked exclusively with 13 News’ Mary Coleman about the incident .
Adriana is asking for help to find the woman she called their Guardian Angel for helping save Jorge’s life moments after the stabbing.
“We just grabbed everything and started driving towards him,” Adriana said. “Because we didn’t know what was going on.”
