HUNTSVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — What started as a joke between friends while hiking Delicate Arch trail has turned into a social media community of millions of people and now, an upcoming book, all focused on the small joy of finding a cool stick.

Boone Hogg, the co-founder of Official Stick Reviews, recounted how it all began. Boone and his friend Logan Jugler were hiking to Delicate Arch in Arches National Park when Logan picked up a stick along the walk.

"We just started reviewing the stick and talking about the qualities of it, and it was making us laugh pretty hard. It was a fun little thing to pass time while we were going up the trail, and then when we got to the top of the arch, a storm was rolling in."

They needed to get down quickly, but before they did, they filmed that review. Boo
