Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday welcomed what he described as “decisive progress” in the peace efforts in Gaza, praising the leadership of US President Donald Trump. In a post on X, Modi referred to signs that Hamas may release hostages, calling it a “significant step forward” and adding that India would “continue to strongly support all efforts towards a durable and just peace.”
