PULLMAN, Wash. – Jakori Buchanan, the man accused of at an apartment complex in North Pullman on the night of the Apple Cup, has officially been charged in the case.

Sone Falealo, the victim, is now out of the hospital and recovering.

Buchanan faces three charges: second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and possession of a pistol being under 21 years old. These charges include one felony and two misdemeanors.

Prosecutors allege that Buchanan assaulted Falealo with a deadly weapon on September 21, and court documents specify that it was a nine-millimeter pistol.

Additionally, prosecutors claim Buchanan assaulted a separate victim named Oluebube Ndugba.
