On Friday, October 3, 2025, at approximately 1316 hours, New York City Police Department ( NYPD ) police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 1420 Stebbins Avenue, within the confines of the 42 nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 35-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head.

EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
