WEST MADISON — Class AA No. 5 Mingo Central used a dominating defensive effort on Friday night at Scott as the Miners shut out the Skyhawks 19-0 on Homecoming night at Boone Memorial Health Field.

"Like I say always, it's all glory to God. Without Him, this wouldn't be possible," Miners coach David Jones said. "It's just a big testament to our team and our coaching staff.
