After a career of nearly three decades in the film industry, Rani Mukerji , considered one of Bollywood’s most acclaimed performers, bagged her first-ever National Film Award for Best Actress this year. She received the honour at the 71st National Film Awards 2025 for her powerful performance in the 2023 film Mrs Chatterjee vs. Norway. The win was not just historic for the actress but also a moment of pride for her family.
