Some people worry much more than others. Some seem to never let anything bother them while others must have something to worry about all the time. Maybe you are thinking of someone you know who can fit into either category.
I believe that there is a difference between worrying and being concerned. Of course, there are varying degrees of both. Some people have made themselves physically and mentally sick from sinking deep into worry, and it is so easy to give a worrying person advice to “Just don’t worry, everything will be all right.”
I believe worrying can become a habit. If this is true, the worry habit can be broken with a strong will and effort. Prayer can involve the Holy Spirit with our worry habit; however, we must exert our will power and determination to break this habit.
