‘Wriggling’ man in ‘gaffa tape gimp suit’ terrorised villagers for years and ‘freaked out kids’

Sightings of a man covered in what looked like 'gaffa tape', writhing and lurching around in the muddy grass of one Somerset town left some spooked - and other haunted for life - scared to leave their homes.
