Dear Public Service Confidential,
I’m an executive in the federal public service, who is currently on parental leave. I have extended my leave, but I worry about not finding a good spot when I return and also wonder whether it’s wise to extend my leave longer. While I technically still have a position, lots can happen in the next while.
