The Mavericks moved on from one superstar in Luka Doncic to a potential superstar in Cooper Flagg in the span of a couple months.

The trade shook the NBA world, but most people have since settled down. The aftermath is still occurring, however, with Cooper Flagg set to make his NBA preseason debut with Dallas.

The Duke phenom donned the Mavericks threads in Summer League, but this will be his first game with the top squad. Dallas will face off against the reigning champion Oklahoma City Thunder in its first preseason game.
