FARGO — One hundred years ago, film producer Carl Laemmle and director Rupert Julian released “The Phantom of the Opera” and introduced horror to the silver screen like it had never been seen before.
Now, Fargo Moorhead Symphony Orchestra and Fargo Theatre want to celebrate the iconic film’s centennial on the silver screen for one night only.
On Saturday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m., the Fargo Theatre will come alive with this cinema classic, which will be expertly accompanied by The Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra with a live classical score compiled and conducted by Jane Linde Capistran.
