A look back at past Taylor Swift appearances on 'The Tonight Show'
Swift has appeared on Fallon's show many times throughout its decadelong run.
She was last on the show in November 2022, about a month after "Midnights" was released. Before that, she joined Fallon to coincide with the November 2021 release of "Red (Taylor's Version)."
"The Tonight Show" has notably been the site of several memorable moments for Swifties.
During a 2019 appearance, Fallon surprised Swift with video footage her mom took from her Lasik surgery recovery.
In 2017, Swift also performed an unexpected debut of her song "New Year's Day" on "The Tonight Show" after Fallon's mom died.
For his part, Fallon acknowledged his close relationship with the singer during an Oct. 2 episode of "Watch What Happens Live!"
"I will get a little nervous just 'cause she's global and and I've known her for a long time," he said of her upcoming appearance. "I've known her mom and I know her."
