The family of the elderly grease truck driver who was allegedly attacked by former USC and NFL quarterback turned FOX Sports broadcaster Mark Sanchez gave an update on his condition in an exclusive comment to the New York Post late Sunday (October 5).

“He’s OK,” the family said, identifying the man only by his initials PT.

“We are talking to lawyers first. We want to be careful what’s said. We appreciate that,” the family added, acknowledging they were in shocked by news of the alleged incident.
