The Otter Tail Lake Sheriff's Office says that it first received a report at 3:40 p.m. of a catamaran sailboat that had capsized on the west side of the lake.

When deputies arrived, another boater – a 23-year-old North Dakota man – had already arrived at the scene and was trying to help the stranded boater.

With his help, the stranded boater was able to upright the sailboat with incurring any injuries.
