PORTLAND, Ore. — Two people were arrested by Portland police during the protests at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility on South Macadam Avenue Sunday night.

The first arrest was made shortly after 8:15 p.m. when a man reported that he had been a victim of harassment. Portland police arrested a 41-year-old man on a suspected harassment charge. Police didn't provide further details about the arrest.

Around 10:20 p.m., officers in the area responded to reports of an assault near South Bancroft Street and South Moody Avenue. They found a person with non-life-threatening injuries, and soon after arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct.
