New Delhi, Oct 6 (PTI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday announced that Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti will now be observed as a public holiday in Delhi every year to allow citizens to celebrate the festival with full devotion and enthusiasm.
