Things are just getting worse for Mark Sanchez.

On Monday, the former NFL quarterback found out that he is now facing a felony battery charge over an altercation between him and a 69-year-old truck driver early Saturday in Indianapolis.

Sanchez was previously charged on Sunday while recovering in the hospital with several misdemeanors. He was originally charged with battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication.

Sanchez, who was scheduled to call the Indianapolis Colts’ Week 5 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, was replaced with former Notre Dame football quarterback Brady Quinn as a result of the altercation.

Now things have only gotten worse.
