Director Rob Reiner recently reflected on how awkward it was to film the famous “When Harry Met Sally” orgasm scene in front of his mother.

On Sunday night, the director, 78, appeared on CBS’s “60 Minutes” where he went down memory lane about the 1989 rom com classic starring Meg Ryan, 63, and Billy Crystal, 77. 7

7“First couple of times, she didn’t do it full out,” he said, referring to Ryan’s famous performance in the fake orgasm scene.

The movie follows Sally (Ryan) and Harry (Crystal) through years of their lives, as they initially meet at the end of college, get off on the wrong foot, and ponder if it’s possible for men and women to just be friends. Eventually, they end up together.
