A massive dinosaur theme park has gone on sale for $5.3M - and comes with 36 rides and 90 dinos.

The Dinosaur Park , located near Tenby, South Wales was opened by the current owners in 1994.

Despite the park’s year-on-year success, the owners have decided it is the right time to plan for their retirement.

It is available from with Christie and Co eith a guide price of $5,387,080.

The park is operating as normal and the owners will continue to run the business and welcome new visitors until it changes hands.
