LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A campus pizza place's liquor license has been emergency suspended after several minors were found to be drinking underage.
Louisville Metro Alcoholic Beverage Control said its detectives responded Oct. 2 to reports of underage alcohol service at Fire Oven Pizza.
That's located on the University of Louisville's campus under the Cardinal Towne apartments.
When they went into the restaurant, investigators saw several underage people try to run out the back exits of the building.
Nine minors were cited, and one was found to be "manifestly under the influence," according to ABC.
Because of the violations, ABC issued an emergency suspension order, which prohibits Fire Oven Pizza from selling or serving alcohol until a review of the case is complete.
