How, you might ask, is this possible? Their drummer, long considered by many to be the greatest rock drummer of all time, Neil Peart, died from cancer in 2020. Dubbed "The Professor," he was not only a stalwart of precision, he wrote most, if not all, the band's lyrics. It was not unusual after a show for Peart to disappear, ignoring the "Limelight," and head to a private space and read a book.
