SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) —A man is facing assault and disorderly conduct charges after police say he was involved in a fight in Old Town Scottsdale over the weekend.

Police said 26-year-old Ty Salsbury was arrested and booked into the Scottsdale City Jail on charges stemming from a fight that led to a man being stabbed, and an altercation between Salsbury and staff at the Wasted Grain bar.

Scottsdale police said they were called out to the area of Stetson Drive and Scottsdale Road, where Salsbury allegedly attempted to run off but was detained by security until officers arrived.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where, as of Monday morning, he remains in critical condition. Salsbury was also injured in the fight, police confirmed.
