Throughout the first five years of his NBA career in Memphis, Desmond Bane developed his nightly pre-game routine to a tee.

It got to a point where he didn’t even have to think about the process when getting ready for tip-off.

But when the Magic acquired Bane in a blockbuster trade this past summer, it meant a full reset of his routine and the need to get comfortable to suit up with new teammates and new coaches in an unfamiliar setting.

His first chance at nailing his pre-game routine came Saturday in San Juan, Puerto Rico when Orlando opened the preseason against the Miami Heat, and it didn’t take long for him to grow comfortable.
