AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Augusta County Sheriff's Office will be pumping gas at the Meyers Corner 7-Eleven on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. while collecting donations to benefit Special Olympics Virginia.

“This is a great opportunity for our deputies to serve the public in a different way, by giving back to a community that always supports us,” said Sheriff Donald L. Smith. “Every dollar raised helps provide opportunities for these amazing athletes to shine.”
