The drugstore chain Rite Aid has closed all of its remaining locations nationwide after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year.

As of Monday morning, the Rite Aid website has shuttered to a single page that announces the closures, lets customers see which other pharmacy their prescription transferred to, and lets customers request prescription and immunization records.

Multiple phone numbers automatically direct to a message saying that a particular pharmacy has closed. The main number on the chain’s social media profiles also doesn’t connect.

“All Rite Aid stores have now closed,” a message on the chain’s website read. “We thank our loyal customers for their many years of support.”
