WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Deputies in Williamsburg County arrested a 31-year-old Lake City man for several alleged crimes involving minors, including child sexual exploitation.

Andrew Derek Neely is charged with seventeen counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, three counts of unlawful dissemination of obscene material to a person under eighteen, sexual exploitation of a minor in the first, sexual exploitation of a minor in the second, criminal solicitation of a minor disseminating harmful material or exhibiting harmful performance to minors and two counts of assault and battery in the third degree.
