WASHINGTON D.C. (WRBL) — Effective Saturday, October 11, 2025, TSA workers at Atlanta's Hartfield-Jackson International Airport will receive relief during the shutdown of the U.S. government.

According to Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05) and Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, the following measures will be implemented: • Free parking - TSA employees will have access to complimentary parking during their work hours. • Meal vouchers - Two meal vouchers per shift will be given to full-time TSA employees, while part-time workers will receive one voucher per shift. • Concessionaire support - Airport concession stands may offer discounts or special meals to TSA workers during the shutdown period.
