MILL CREEK –Five individuals, four juveniles and one adult, were arrested on Monday, October 6, for their alleged involvement in a shooting incident at a Swift Orange Line transit stop in Mill Creek back in August. They now face multiple charges including Assault in the First Degree, Malicious Mischief in the First and Second Degree, Unlawful Transit Conduct, Reckless Endangerment, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Resisting Arrest.

On Saturday, August 16th, at approximately 5:00 pm, Mill Creek Police were dispatched to the Swift Orange Line bus stop at the 800 block of 164th St. SE, in response to a report of an assault with a weapon.
