DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- As divorce proceedings are held this week between Denise Richards and her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, the list of possible witnesses who could be called to testify in the care includes Richards' first husband, Charlie Sheen .

A hearing was scheduled for Monday morning in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom, with Richards asking for a restraining order to be made permanent against Phypers.

Richards and Phypers were seen entering the courthouse separately, accompanied by their respective attorneys. Sheen was not seen as of 11 a.m., and it was unclear if he would testify Monday or perhaps later in the week at the request of Phypers.
