A Fall River man is facing murder charges after a 53-year-old man was found fatally stabbed early Monday morning, prosecutors said.
Robert Hodgson, 48, was arraigned in Fall River District Court on a murder charge Monday. He is also facing negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, and marked lanes violation charges related to a 2023 warrant, court records show.
Fall River police first responded to a 911 call around 2:15 a.m. Monday reporting a stabbing at 57 Chesworth St., the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.
Luis Xavier Perez Miranda, 53, was found with two stab wounds to his chest. He was pronounced dead at a hospital a short time later, prosecutors said.
