LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Louisville Metro Police officers arrested two men in connection with credit card fraud, involving the use of cards stolen from elderly victims.

The Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) confirmed to WAVE News that Pastor Virgil Mozee was arrested on the way to church services on Sunday. WAVE News also called The New Christian Church of Jesus Christ on LaSalle Avenue and someone answered. They confirmed Mozee was the pastor but didn’t know of an arrest.

According to a post on LMPD’s Facebook page, Mozee and Nathaniel Porter III were caught on surveillance cameras using stolen cards at Walgreens.
