Stellantis may be planning to invest $10 billion in the U.S. sector of its business.

This is a large move for the international automaker, which has been involved in tariff discussions between automakers and U.S. President Donald Trump.

Among the investments, Bloomberg reported Stellantis will infuse some cash into the currently idled Belvidere assembly plant.

Stellantis plans to invest $10 billion into its U.S. operations, including into production plants in Illinois and Michigan, according to a report from Bloomberg.
