SOLON, Ohio -- From roaring cheers in the gym to celebrations under the Friday night lights, Solon High School’s Homecoming weekend brought the community together in true Comet spirit.
The excitement kicked off Sept. 26 inside Solon High’s gymnasium, where students, staff and athletes filled the bleachers for a high-energy pep rally.
“The energy was electric at this year’s pep rally,” said Tamara Strom, director of communications for Solon City Schools.
“Students, staff and athletes gathered to celebrate Comet pride as fall sports teams were recognized and class competitions brought out fierce school spirit.”
As the pep rally wrapped up, anticipation built for that evening’s football matchup against Stow.
