Attorney General Pam Bondi will testify before Congress Tuesday for the first time since her confirmation hearing in January.

After nine months as head of the Justice Department, Bondi is likely to face questions from lawmakers on the Senate Judiciary Committee on a number of controversial decisions made by the agency. That includes the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey, which came days after President Donald Trump directly called on Bondi in a social media post to prosecute Comey and other perceived political foes.

“JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!” the president wrote.
