Restaurant owners have unveiled their spectacular £1million transformation of an historic Cheshire pub into a glitzy new eaterie.
The owners of Raffaele Italian in Sandbach announced their move to the former Crown Hotel in the town earlier this year, breathing new life into the 17th century pub that had lain empty for eight years.
It sits on the cobbled market square in Sandbach , right next to the town's most famous landmark The Saxon Crosses.
Now, Alessio Serra and Salvo Capasso have unveiled the fruits of their labour with a stylish new interior with nods to the coaching inn's past. It also features a large glass extension with a large new dining space at the rear of the pub.
