The Vancouver Canucks have put together their opening-night roster for the 2025-26 season.

The roster includes 14 forwards, seven defencemen and two goaltenders.

Among the forwards that have made the team is 18-year-old forward Braeden Cootes, who was selected 15th overall by the Canucks in the 2025 NHL Draft.

He joins Jonathan Lekkerimäki, Aatu Räty and Arshdeep Bains as part of a young forward group looking to get off to a strong start to the season.

The blue line remains largely intact around Quinn Hughes and Filip Hronek, along with Tyler Myers and Derek Forbort.

Thatcher Demko will share the crease duties with veteran backup Kevin Lankinen.
