Authorities in Arkansas arrested a college director, among two others, on the accusation they kidnapped an 18-year-old and threatened him so he'd break up with his girlfriend.

Robert Ellerd, 54; Jackson Homan, 23; and Charlie Holman, 20, were arrested on Monday, Sept. 29, in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Sherwood, Ark., earlier last month, Sherwood Police confirms to PEOPLE.

The victim is an 18-year-old, per police.
