CARIBOU, Maine - A Caribou man was killed after a crash Monday morning in Aroostook County.

It happened just after 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of West Presque Isle Road and Buck Road in Caribou.

Caribou Police say 42-year-old Chad Gagnon’s pickup truck hit a potato truck.

We’re told the driver of the potato truck was not hurt.

Caribou Police said driver inattention may have been a factor in the crash, but the exact cause remains under investigation.
