CHICAGO (WLS) -- An alleged Chicago leader of the Latin Kings gang is accused of putting a bounty out for Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino.
Espinoza Martinez is charged with murder-for-hire.

The Department of Homeland Security says someone sent them an image from Snapchat, where Martinez allegedly offered $10,000 for Bovino's murder and $2,000 for information.
