Officers arrested 46-year-old Lamond Hines roughly 12 hours after the shooting. 31-year-old Murry Gibbs, who was wanted for murder, turned himself in late Monday night.

The victim, 34-year-old Joseph Bihm, was found dead inside a crashed truck Sunday morning along Orange Avenue.

Bihm’s family says he was more than just a son and brother, he was also the father of a 13-year-old boy. They describe him as someone who focused on two things: work and family.
