A Sand Springs dispensary was raided by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics last week, and their attorney says they had been trying to talk to the state to make sure they were doing all the right things, but had no luck.
The attorneys say the larger issue is a lack of communication between state agencies and business owners.
OBN RAID
In a social media post, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics said this about Wednesday’s raid:
“On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, OBN's Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at Harvest Health Dispensary (1104 W. Wekiwa Road) in Sand Springs, Oklahoma as part of an ongoing criminal investigation, including cultivation and sales without an active OBN Registration. OBN MET Agents seized 4,151 marijuana plants, 550.8 pounds of processed marijuana, al
