Thousands of runners will be pounding the pavement across Perth this Saturday and raising crucial funds for Telethon along the way.

The Perth Running Festival, dubbed ‘Australia’s most beautiful run’, has cemented itself as one of the country’s premier running events and is back again for another year.

The event features a 42.2km marathon, a 21.1km half-marathon, the Streamer 10km and the Burswood Park 4km dash, with all events finishing inside Optus Stadium.

As well as being open to runners of all abilities, the event also doubles as the Athletics West-sanctioned 2025 State Marathon Championship, attracting a premium field of athletes.

It’s an event which has grown every year, with registrations filling up in record time and a waitlist which grows year on year.
