• Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond Oct. 2 for Juan Carlos Romero Lorenzo, 25, Gaylord on a charge alleging third-degree DWI. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions that he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances and reasonable suspicion tests by law enforcement. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. Oct. 1
