Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the ninth edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) on October 8 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, marking the start of Asia’s largest technology and telecom event.

The four-day event, organised jointly by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), will run from October 8 to 11 under the theme “Innovate to Transform”. It aims to highlight India’s growing leadership in digital transformation and next-generation connectivity.

This year’s IMC is expected to draw more than 1.5 lakh visitors from over 150 countries, alongside over 7,000 global delegates and participation from more than 400 companies. The event will feature over 800 speakers and more than 100 technical and industry sessions.
