New Delhi: Nintendo has again made a bold move towards piracy by going after a Reddit subscriber who was allegedly making money selling illegal versions of games. A court in the U.S. found that the Switch piracy subreddit was moderated by a man named James “Archbox” Williams, who had infringed on Nintendo copyrights by hosting and referencing sites that sold pirated Switch ROMs. The company has filed a new legal motion seeking damages of $4.5 million.
